1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AlgoHaventech website (www.algohaven.com) and enrolling in our courses, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "Institute" refers to AlgoHaventech Coding Institute
• "Student" refers to any individual enrolled in our courses
• "Course" refers to any educational program offered by AlgoHaventech
• "Services" refers to educational services, placement assistance, and related offerings
• "Website" refers to www.algohaven.com and all subdomains

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Students must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in our courses. Students under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

3.2 Academic Requirements

Certain courses may have specific prerequisites. Students must meet these requirements before enrollment.

4. Course Enrollment and Registration

4.1 Registration Process

• Complete the online or offline registration form
• Submit required documents (ID proof, educational certificates)
• Pay the applicable course fees
• Receive confirmation of enrollment

4.2 Course Fees

All course fees must be paid as per the payment schedule. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in Section 6.

4.3 Batch Allocation

The Institute reserves the right to allocate students to appropriate batches based on availability and skill level.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

• UPI
• Net Banking
• Bank Transfer

5.2 Installment Plans

Installment payment options may be available for certain courses. Late payment may result in additional charges or course suspension.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Cancellation by Student

• Before course starts: 80% refund (20% administrative charges)
• Within 7 days of course start: 50% refund
• After 7 days: No refund

6.2 Cancellation by Institute

If the Institute cancels a course, students will receive a full refund or can transfer to another batch without additional charges.

6.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days.

7. Course Attendance and Conduct

7.1 Attendance Policy

• Minimum 75% attendance required for course completion
• Students must inform in advance for planned absences
• Repeated unexcused absences may result in course termination

7.2 Code of Conduct

Students must:

• Respect instructors and fellow students
• Maintain discipline in the classroom
• Not engage in any form of harassment or discrimination
• Not use mobile phones during class (except when permitted)
• Not damage Institute property
• Dress appropriately

7.3 Disciplinary Action

Violation of the code of conduct may result in:

1. Verbal warning
2. Written warning
3. Temporary suspension
4. Permanent expulsion without refund

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to:

• Presentations and slides
• Code examples and projects
• Video recordings
• Study materials and notes
• Assignments and assessments

Are the intellectual property of AlgoHaventech and are provided for personal educational use only.

8.2 Prohibited Actions

Students shall NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials
• Share login credentials or course access with others
• Record classes without permission
• Use materials for commercial purposes

9. Placement Assistance

9.1 100% Placement Guarantee

AlgoHaventech provides 100% placement assistance to eligible students who:

• Successfully complete the course with minimum 75% attendance
• Pass all assessments and projects
• Actively participate in placement activities
• Meet employer requirements

9.2 Student Responsibilities

For placement assistance, students must:

• Prepare an updated resume
• Attend mock interviews and training sessions
• Be available for interviews
• Maintain professional conduct during interviews
• Inform the Institute about interview outcomes

10. Course Completion and Certification

10.1 Completion Requirements

• Minimum 75% attendance
• Completion of all assignments and projects
• Passing final assessment (minimum 60% marks)
• No outstanding fees

10.2 Certificate Issuance

Certificates will be issued within 15 days of course completion. Duplicate certificates may be issued with an additional fee.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Institute's Liability

AlgoHaventech shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury or property loss on premises
• Delays or interruptions in course delivery due to unforeseen circumstances
• Actions or omissions of third-party employers
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11.2 Maximum Liability

The Institute's total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the student for the specific course.

12. Force Majeure

The Institute shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government orders or restrictions
• Pandemics or health emergencies
• Civil unrest
• Power failures
• Internet or technology failures

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

14. Modifications to Terms

AlgoHaventech reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Course Changes

The Institute reserves the right to:

• Modify course curriculum
• Change instructors
• Reschedule classes (with prior notice)
• Cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

16.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh.

16.3 Dispute Resolution Process

1. Informal resolution through direct communication
2. Mediation if informal resolution fails
3. Legal proceedings as a last resort

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the student and AlgoHaventech.
